The Centennial Phase,
a 7-acre lake, temporary Visitor Center, road and parking lot, is to be completed in 2008.

Construction was launched after a Blessing of the Land ceremony by the Osage Indian Nation and groundbreaking ceremony in 2007. Plans call for the $40 million Garden to be completed in 10 years.
