Construction is Underway!
Construction of the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Floral Terraces is progressing! Soil has been moved and the terraces are taking shape. The soil removed from the construction area is being used to shape a berm on the south side of the pond near the entrance. Trenching work is underway for installation of pipes and the mechanical components for water features in the garden. This week a heavy lifting crane was used to place the concrete barrel for the pumping station.
Trenches show the locations of two of the three water channels that will cascade down the hill.
